1. Do you deliver across Canada?

Yes, we deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories, except Quebec.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 6–14 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

3. Is shipping really free?

  • Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.
  • There are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item free of charge, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Just get in touch at info@yanstores.com and we'll walk you through it.

5. How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at info@yanstores.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review it and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD), and payment is taken securely when you place your order.

8. Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. All transactions run over an encrypted SSL connection and are handled by PCI DSS certified payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number.
